Q&A events

You can find out for each event whether standing room or seating is provided. Do you have difficulty standing? You can use chairs from the museum, ask at the front desk.

Unfortunately, no separate seats are provided on a raised platform. Our staff will be happy to guide you to the most suitable spot. You can find them at the front desk.

If you have special needs (e.g. you wish to attend an activity with a guide dog), please send an email to rubenshuis@antwerpen.be.

You can find out for each event whether it will be possible to buy a drink, and what the bar opening times are.

If an activity is cancelled by the Rubenshuis, your tickets will automatically be refunded to the original account. Has an activity been moved to a later date? Then your tickets remain valid. If this date is unsuitable for you, you can return your tickets within a limited period of time.

The Rubenshuis prefers to work cashless. You can only pay for drinks by card.

We provide a minimum number of disposable earplugs. We recommend bringing your own earplugs.

Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted. GSMs or smartphones are permitted. It's best not to bring your own drinks, food and snacks. Pocket knives and other weapons are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated by our security.

Being in possession of, using and selling any type of hard and soft drugs is prohibited.

Definitely check your spam folder. Or wait a little longer. In exceptional cases, it takes up to 48 hours for your bank to confirm the payment. Did you receive proof of payment but still no tickets? Then get in touch right away via Rubenshuis@antwerpen.be

When an activity is sold out in presale, we will communicate this on the website. In that case, tickets will no longer be available at the door.

You can also safely buy tickets from someone else through our partner TicketSwap. We strongly recommend not purchasing tickets through other channels (social media, eBay, secondary ticket platforms, etc.). These tickets may be fake or seriously overpriced.

Tickets for an activity may also sell out at the door. For security reasons, no additional visitors will be admitted in such cases. If you want to be sure you can attend the activity, always buy your ticket in advance.

Shame you won't be able to make it! Unfortunately, we are unable to take back tickets unless an activity is rescheduled or cancelled. We recommend reselling your tickets through our partner TicketSwap – the only legal way to do it!

Good question. Because you might need your coat again for the garden visit. You can store these in the lockers near the entrance area. They are also suitable for storing handbags, rucksacks (up to 45x25x25 cm), packed lunches or personal belongings. You can easily set the electric PIN code for the lock yourself.
