The products offered by the city of Antwerp and the texts contained therein, the database of provided data, the page layout, and the photos and illustrations are subject to intellectual property rights of the city of Antwerp and remain its exclusive property. Any distribution, reproduction, sale, or other exploitation of these works, regardless of the manner or form thereof, with or without profit, is strictly prohibited without express prior written consent.
Your personal data provided will be processed by the city of Antwerp, Grote Markt 1, 2000 Antwerp.
Your personal data and email address are used to facilitate the purchase of your ticket. Other data is optionally requested. If you wish, you can indicate to receive targeted information about matters related to your purchase. To optimize the quality of our services, you can specify that we may contact you for an anonymous survey.

The city of Antwerp shares personal data with processor GANTNER, Ter Waarde 50/4A, 8900 Ypres. GANTNER, on behalf of the city of Antwerp, provides hosting, data backups, and technical support and services for the webshop.
Your personal data is processed and stored for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Your data will be kept for 10 years by the city of Antwerp.
After the retention period, your personal data will be erased by the city of Antwerp.
