• The yoga sessions start at 9 a.m. sharp, please be on time.

• Please bring your own yoga mat.
• The sessions take place in open air: appropriate clothes are recommended.  
• In case of rain or cold weather, the session will be held inside, on the first floor in de Workplace of het Rubenshuis. The teacher will decide this on the spot.
