Lindsey Shaw-Miller collection

Lindsey Shaw-Miller (1951) specialises in 17th-century artists who travelled or worked abroad. Her main focus is on the Flemish artist Michael Sweerts (1618-1664).  

In 2017, Shaw-Miller donated her documentation to the Rubenshuis. This collection reflects her research on the intriguing artist. She also involved other researchers: the material includes documentation by Malcolm Waddingham on Sweerts. Expect to find thematically arranged folders with correspondence, photographs, excerpts from literature, notes and printed matter.
