In April, Rubens' Garden is in full bloom. Request your bingo card at the ticket counter and, like a real detective, track down the different flowers and plants in Rubens' Garden. Hand in your full bingo card and perhaps you will win a prize!
Let Magic Jaimy lead you up the garden path
From 10am to 12 noon and from 2pm to 4pm
The new garden at Rubenshuis is a magical place. Certainly when Magic Jaimy does his best magic tricks. Just like Rubens, this entertainer will amaze you. And he does it here, where the artist was once inspired by the power of nature.
Which mysterious powers are at play four centuries later? Go and see Jaimy and find out for yourself.
Hula hoop initiation
From 11am to 2.30pm
We do not know whether Rubens' children – or the Antwerp artist himself – ever played with a hula hoop in the garden. But you can certainly have a go in this special place. Hoop it out provides the perfect setting. Perfect for clearing your mind and thoughts for a while and engaging your body instead. Jump in whenever you like!
Coffee bar in the garden
Continuously from 10am to 6pm
Sit back in one of the (rocking) chairs in the garden, buy a delicious coffee from the bar and ... enjoy! These are the ingredients for a magical moment in Rubens' Garden.
